# Install the Passport CLI Community Edition

Install the Passport CLI Community Edition (`passport`).

## Install the Passport CLI

```bash showLineNumbers={false}
npm i -g @postman/postman-passport
```

The [`@postman/postman-passport`](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@postman/postman-passport) package is available on npm.

## Verify the installation

Confirm the Passport CLI installed correctly by checking the version:

```bash showLineNumbers={false}
passport --version
```
