CA commands

Use the ca command to manage OS trust for the Passport CA. Tools that respect the environment variables passport setup configures (see Environment variables) pick up the CA automatically. Some tools validate certificates against your OS’s own certificate trust store instead. Use ca install so these tools trust the Passport CA too.

passport ca install

Trust the Passport CA for the current user. This adds the certificate to your login keychain, scoped to SSL/TLS trust, in the user trust domain. It doesn’t require sudo, and leaves the system keychain untouched.

passport ca uninstall
