Manage API access requests in Passport

As a Passport Admin, you can create namespaces and assign the Passport Admin and Passport Member roles to team members. Admins can approve access requests and map secret references for environment variables.

Before managing API access, create a namespace. For more information, see Create a namespace.

API usage requests

As an Admin, you can review and act on API usage requests.

To approve or deny a usage request, do the following:

  1. In the Passport app, click Approval requests in the left sidebar.
  2. Review the usage request details.
  3. Select Approve or Reject.

Once approved, Members can send API requests using their secret references. To learn more, see Call an API with Passport.
